Support for your Velbon product

If you have misplaced a quick-shoe for your Velbon tripod, they can be ordered from any Velbon retailer. If that dealership does not have your particular quick-shoe in stock, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from Maxwell.

For repairs, contact Maxwell’s office in Eastern time office hours, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm on 1300 882 517 or e-mail us on support[at]maxwell.com.au. We will try to respond to your e-mail questions within 24 hours, Sunday to Thursday and on the next working day Friday and Saturday.

For repairs to your Velbon equipment, whether under warranty or outside the warranty period, please send it to us via either:

We recommend you employ a courier company with online Track & Trace. And as always, we remind senders to insure their valuable goods for transit in both directions to protect them from damage, loss or theft while in transit to or from Maxwell’s office.

Always include on the outside of the parcel, as well as inside, details of your name and address, the item you are sending (with serial number where applicable ) and contact home and/or mobile numbers if we need to refer to you further after receipt.
