Support for your Tamron lens

For repairs, contact Maxwell’s office in Eastern time office hours, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm on 1300 882 517 or email us. We will try to respond to your e-mail questions within 24 hours, Sunday to Thursday and on the next working day Friday and Saturday.

For service for your Tamron lens, whether under warranty or outside the warranty period, please send it to us via either:

We may nominate a courier, or we recommend you employ a courier company with online Track & Trace. And as always, we remind senders to insure their goods for transit in both directions to protect your valuable lens or other photo/digital accessory from damage, loss or theft while in transit to or from Maxwell's office.

Always include on the outside of the parcel, as well as inside, details of your name and address, the item you are sending (with serial number where applicable) and a contact home and mobile number if we need to refer to you further after receipt.
