Support for your Lowepro bag

In the unlikely event of a defect occurring with your Lowepro bag, case or backpack, Lowepro offers a limited lifetime warranty for their bags in the country of purchase. The only exception to this warranty is for zippers. These can be subject to a number of conditions of use that prevent us from providing warranty, except where failure is discovered on delivery or immediately at the time of purchase.

However, most bags can have the zipper repaired at relatively low cost and Maxwell can arrange this for you. Contact Maxwell’s office in Eastern time office hours, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm on 1300 882 517 or e-mail us on support@maxwell.com.au. We will try to respond to your e-mail questions within 24 hours, Sunday to Thursday and on the next working day Friday and Saturday.

Similarly if you need replacement protective inserts or spare waterproof zipper lubricants for your Lowepro DryZone ™ bag, you can obtain them from our Sydney office, by contacting us, as above.

For repairs to your Lowepro bag, whether under or outside the warranty, please send it to us via either:

  • Mail
    Maxwell International Australia Pty Limited
    PO Box 226
    Sydney Markets NSW 2129
  • Courier
    Maxwell International Australia Pty Limited
    Unit 6, 11-21 Underwood Road
    Homebush NSW 2140

We recommend you employ a courier company with online Track & Trace. And as always, we remind senders to insure more valuable goods for transit in both directions to protect it from damage, loss or theft while in transit to or from Maxwell’s office.

Always include on the outside of the parcel, as well as inside, details of your name and address, the item you are sending (with serial number where applicable ) and contact home and/or mobile numbers if we need to refer to you further after receipt.
